THE THIRD MILLENIUM GAZES TO THE SKIES by Adele Lotito
"Once the earth was created, God said "Go forth" so you will not be contaminated by its materiality, as some African tribes still believe today, but men continue to need Him" (Karen Armstrong). "In every moment of uncertainty, when man has the feeling of losing his security, his strength, in the history of the individual and the community there enters this entity he calls God". (Prof. Andreoli)

Lifting our gaze above the clouds, detaching ourselves from earthly things, from materiality, we need true values.

Clouds ... a filter... a play of shapes, these playful masses of tiny droplets of vapour that with their shapes, sizes and colours make us dream. The sky can be the theatre of one of the most enchanting shows in the world, an uninterrupted dance of a dance troupe that changes shape and colour at any moment, a dance troupe that, dancing, diminishes, or grows until it swallows the sun. I gaze up. Above the clouds.
